Privacy policy

Last updated 28 October 2026

This policy explains what personal information the Boopy website collects and how we use it. The Boopy Repricer app will have its own privacy notice, published before it launches.

Who we are

Boopy is a trading name of WPX STORES LTD, a company registered in England and Wales (number 13686024), registered office 124 City Road, London, EC1V 2NX. We are the controller of the information described here. Contact us at .

What this website collects

  • No cookies, analytics or advertising trackers. This site does not set cookies and does not track your visits.
  • Server logs. Our hosting provider, Hostinger, records standard request details (IP address, date and time, page requested, browser) to keep the site running and secure.
  • Fonts. The site loads its fonts from Google Fonts, so your browser sends your IP address to Google when a page loads.

If you email us or use the support form

We use your name, email address, store address, message and any files you attach to answer you. The support form sends these to our mailbox and an automatic confirmation to you. The website itself doesn’t keep them. To limit abuse, the form keeps a scrambled (hashed) version of your IP address for one day. If you ask for early access, we keep your email address and the shop details you send so we can invite you when the app opens.

Why we can use it

Under UK data protection law we rely on our legitimate interests to run a secure website and reply to messages, and on your consent for the early-access list. You can withdraw consent at any time by emailing us.

How long we keep it

We keep emails and support requests for as long as we need them to deal with your request, and no longer than two years. We keep early-access details until 12 months after the app launches, or until you ask us to delete them, whichever is sooner.

Who we share it with

We do not sell personal information. Hostinger hosts this website and our email. Google provides the fonts. Some of these providers may process data outside the UK under the safeguards UK law requires.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your information, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to how we use it. Email . If you are unhappy with our answer, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.

Changes

We will post any changes on this page with a new date.
